It was not a pleasant experience. Waited for about 45 min in the exam room, Dr was cold and not friendly. They did X-rays there which were on the screen and didn’t review the results with me until after I asked about it. And then, had an arrogant and dismissive attitude like, does it really matter?? He never even examined my hands which I was there for. Asked me if I wanted a shot or surgery? Attempted to ask him questions to understand what was causing the problem, and, again he was dismissive and wasn’t interested in what I had to say. Never going back nor would I recommend this practice to anyone.

We had a horrible experience with Dr. Tosti. Stay away. The office manager Carly Thomas was extremely rude and unprofessional.

They made an appointment for my daughter. We pulled her out of school and canceled work to get her to the only opening they had. When we arrived the told us we did not have an appointment when we did! They were very rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere that cares about their patients and honors their appointments.

I would highly recommend Dr. Tosti and the team at Phila hand surgery center. The staff is efficient and friendly. Dr. Tosti has treated me with compassion and thoroughness for several years including surgery. I have had an excellent experience and would recommend him to friends and family.

One of the most caring compassionate people I have ever met and an excellent surgeon. Dr Tosti was available when I needed him after a skiing accident. His personal follow up, not just in the office but also via text. He truly cares about his patients.

I am a guitar player who normally clocks 6-8 hours a day of playing, and so when my left hand began to feel tight and numb I was extremely concerned. Dr. Tosti was able to diagnose my cubital tunnel in just one visit. He had me get a nerve test just to be certain what he was seeing was correct, and the nerve test confirmed his suspicions. Dr. Tosti recommended surgery above all other options because it is a curative surgery, and so within one month of seeing him for initial diagnoses I was scheduled for surgery. I am now one month out from elbow surgery (and cyst removal in my wrist) and my hand/arm feels brand new. The post-op pain lasted for about a week at most. The incision areas are small and precise, and so the scarring will be minimal to none. One month post-op and I am back to playing guitar for hours a day without pain or discomfort. Highly recommend Dr. Tosti and his work.
