Dr. Richard Mark Trosch, MD

I read the mixed reviews on many sites, but decided to consult with Dr. Trosch because of a referral from a physician friend. Most of the negative reviews were about his staff, with one person in particular coming up over and again- Sandy. Having run a medical imaging department, worked in trauma and having run a business for the past 25 years, I can tell you, Sandy is completely ill-suited to work in healthcare. Her brusque nature, need to combat with patients, dispassionate communication and poor social skills are not only ruinous to a person seeking much needed healthcare, but is surely hurting Dr. Trosch's business. Dr. Trosch must be aware of the sour reviews and complaints about Sandy, yet he chooses to continue to employ her- and that is why I left without having the opportunity to see him- something I'd been looking forward to for a couple of weeks. The worst part is now I must find another neurologist to help me in a very desperate time of need. Dr. Trosch do your knowledge,… skills, experience and your bottom line a favor and rethink your choice of assistant. She's rude, angry, insecure, verbally abusive, combative without need, and she lied to you right in front of me because I called her out on her ridiculousness and didn't want you to know the truth. You can do so much better. And yes, Dr. Trosch can seem impatient and what some might see as arrogance. I can overlook these in favor of his experience and knowledge. Better listening skills would probably alleviate these issues.

Although he is smart and knowledgeable he lacks the ability to listen to his patients and their concerns. we may not be Dr's but we do know our own bodies and how we feel.listen to your patients Dr Troush

Love you Dr Trouche! you really made me comfortable and answered all of my questions about my parkinsons. i would highly rec you and your staff they were very friendly as well

After seeing 3 other neurologists over 4 years to try and figure out was wrong with my Mom (we were told possible MS or Parkinsons) Dr. Trosch diagnosed her in her initial visit with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. She went from being wheel chair bound to walking after she had a shunt placed. He figured out in 30 minutes what 3 other doctors couldn't figure out in years!!

I have been seeing him for about 10 years now. Staff and office is great and the Dr. has done well for me.

Dr Trosch has a condescending attitude toward his patients. I brought my father there on a referral, what a mistake. He said my father belongs in a nursing home with my father sitting right there. my father is still very lucid and was crushed. What a jerk.

The office staff is terrible. They do not recognize the need for an urgent appointment, are abusive if you don't have a referral that is perfect, are impatient if you have a speech disability, and I saw a patient stand at the window for 5 minutes while the receptionist was ordering lunch from a chicken shack. Dr. Trosch said Amy(?) would call my prescription right away as I left the office, it wasn't called in for 6 hours. When I dared to call the office to check on the status (as I sat at the pharmacy), the staff reminded me that it takes up to 48 hours to call in an prescription. I feel that Dr. Trosch is not aware how his staff is operating his own office. They should be replaced because compassion can not be learned.

Very rude office and receptionist.Do not go to this Dr. Extremely rude Dr. very unprofessional!

He is a great Neuro Dr. He has helped me a lot through the 8 years I have been seeing him. His office is well run and I have had zero complaints.

he is caring confident and a great person. i enjoy my visits with him.
