Dr. Richard Turner, DO

He grabbed my baby out of my hands without asking or telling me what he was about to do and started changing her diaper without consent.Mind you he already had her for an hour for check up and she was not soiled at the time

Work with him at the hospital and he is one of the rudest men I have ever met. His bedside manner Is a joke. He yells at staff and is very rude to them: snippy, insulting, curses at them. He even made a tech cry one time b/c she was working on a baby and he said she was slowing him down.

He took great care of my baby!

Dr. Turner was a total jerk to my wife and myself. He tried to send our baby to the NICU when we wanted to breastfeed exclusively. He refused to discharge us from the hospital when our baby had been cleared by the neonatologist and would not listen to our opinions. The last morning he told me my child looked TERRIBLE when he had a little rash on his face and then turned to my wife and told her she had a 100% chance of developing type II diabetes later in life because our child weighed more than 10lbs. My wife is skinny, had a negative glucose challenge test, and there is no diabetes on either side of our families. What a jerk. No wonder he is a hospitalist. He probably can't keep patients in private practice.
