Dr. Richard Saul D Tushman, MD

Tushman has been my urologist for 10 months. I have had a Foley cath since Sept 22 by choice. He is not the most personable, but acceptable. All was well until I questioned meds and interactions and a possible UTI. He said that antibiotics were not indicated. How could he know? Did not ask for a urine specimen. I was pleasant and respectful with my comment. He basically fired me, refusing further care. I took the issue to Presbyterian and was told that I can no longer use ANY professionals at the clinic. Can't even use the clinic as a nurse visit for a cath change. Totally disappointed in Presbyterian.

Horrible experience, I definitely did not feel he cares or could offer any helpful advice

From the moment I walked in both my appointments, the nurse was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed at any question I had. After she left I waited almost 45 min to see the Dr who also did not give me much information at all and had a very cold and dry bedside manner. He gave me such technical and strange answers to my questions that I left not knowing a thing and feeling confused about what was even going on. Just an all around bad experience in the 2 visits I had. Would not recommend this dr.

Dr. Tushman performed my vasectomy. He was very informative during the consult and procedure. Despite my anxiety and concerns based on stories I heard and read my procedure was pain free and recovery was quick and painless with no issues.

he always seems like hes in a hurry, not very warm, I can understand why hes behind the one nurse is very slow and seems not knowing of the procedures in the office. I,m hoping for the best tho
