I went through over 30 doctors' reviews trying to find a new PCP. FINALLY found one and couldn't possibly be more disappointed. I went for my scheduled appointment and left after an hour and a half without getting to see him. The ladies working the counter didn't even apologize, just asked when I would like to reschedule. Worst customer service I've received in a long time. Its funny too because when i set my appointment yesterday, it showed on the schedule that he's completely clear for the next at least four weeks. Makes sense now.

Dr Vasicek is the kind of thorough, caring doctor we all want and rarely get. His staff is equally caring and helpful or they don't work there long. His Nurse Practitioners are much like him and you are in good hands with them, too. The one thing you need to be aware of it is a walking clinic, and they do triage so you may have to wait awhile. You will appreciate that if you need to be seen urgently.

Dr. Vasicek is an excellent diagnostic physician. He is thorough and completely motivated by his deep care for his patient. I have always felt totally comfortable with his treatment of my illnesses.
