Dr. Richard Lee Vincent, MD

Dr. Vincent is absolutely terrible and shouldn’t in any way shape or form be practicing medicine - he diagnosed me with Vasovagal syncope even though my HR was normal and my BP was high, polar opposite of that diagnosis actual is - meanwhile disagreed with my PCP and 3 other doctors on a recent diagnosis due the the fact he didn’t see swelling or discoloration in my hands (because he knows what my hands normally look like and he even said that himself in the 3 minutes I talked to him) meanwhile he billed my insurance for an EKG he never did and diganosed me “anxiety new problem” which it took a few clicks to realize that’s not new - I’m contacting my insurance company SummaCare, Summa themselves and the American medical board regarding this - I know what to look for on my claims and EOB history since I work in the medical field, who knows how many people he’s done this to who DONT know what to look for. I saw him for 5 minutes MAX and I’m sure it wasn’t even that and his exact words… were “BP numbers don’t matter, their just numbers” meanwhile contradicting himself by putting on my visit summary my BP was high.

If this is the same doctor affiliated with Kaiser Permanente Snow Road ER then people stay away from him. I saw him make a patient wait 21 hrs and 25 min to get a blood test that is done in a reliable hospital in the first hour. That Kaiser Doctor should lose his license.
