Dr. Richard Edmund Waller, MD

This is the most arrogant, indignant, condescending doctor out there- not to mention his personality flips when he is dealing with disability patient. If told by disability to see, please request another doctor immediately. While in the waiting room this doctor was goofy and jovial talking loudly about cars but then in the room when he found out it was a disability patient, his demeanor flipped and turned curt and nasty. When finished we asked if we could ask a question and let's just leave it at... he could not be bothered and he proceeded to ask me if I knew what I was even talking about. His brief exam was hurried and he cuts off patients when answering- zero EQ or listening aptitude- or maybe he is better with full-paying patients. Avoid this doctor and all costs, he clearly does not want to help disability claimants- it is a bother to him.

Dr. Waller really took his time with my husband and me. We are both very pleased with the care, concern and follow-up he exhibited. He ordered a CT, additional bloodwork and a driving evaluation. Dr. Waller personally call to review the results and to expedite further treatment. The CT showed 3 issues that require further investigation and provided all the appropriate referrals.

Terrible. Treated me like a drug seeker. I am a nurse and very aware of drug seeking behavior non of which I exhibited. I don't even take pain meds. 4 years later I finally get a real diagnosis which is all I wanted. I now do injections and have a diagnosis. Of all the physician's seen Dr. Waller was the worst.

Dr. Waller is awesome. He is a very intelligent doctor who gets you in & and out with the correct diagnosis. Highly recommend this doctor if you are looking for answers to tough questions.

One of the most caring doctors I have met. Cares about your whole health, everything. Easy to talk with, takes time with you and doesnt rush you out the door. Doesnt send a nurse in to ask general questions. He is great. I would recommend him....highly recommend.

What a breath of fresh air in the medical field ----- a physician that took his time LISTENING to what the patient had to say. The interview/exam was wasn't rushed. A plan was established. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waller for years and know other patients of his. He is very thorough and caring. I had seen several neurologists in the area, but Dr. Waller is one of the best. Highly recommend!
