The best PCP Practice I have ever been to. Everyone is so welcoming and very caring. I see Dr. Ting and he takes his time and listens to everything you have to say during your visit. I always leave happy with a great all around experience. Safecare has an onsite lab so I never have to waste time at quest or labcorp to draw blood and office hours are extended for later apts. I doubt you'll find any place like it. I've also seen Dr. Wilbur and he to is fabulous at patient care. They also have two Physician Assistants who are outstanding and also take their time at each apt visit. The level of care I get here is superb and I don't plan on leaving!!

Dr. Wilbur is a an excellent physician. He addressed all of my medical concerns and his staff helped me understand insurance benefits. I have also been treated by his Physician Assistant on same day appointments. Thanks to all the Safecare staff for keeping me healthy.!

Dr. Wilbur is an excellent physician. He is very caring and eager to listen to you, which you don't find anymore from physicians. He has an excellent staff who greets the patients in a very warm and caring atmosphere. I am very happy and impressed with the quality of care I get at Safecare Medical Center. I have seen both Dr. Wilbur and Dr. Ting. The office staff is very friendly in both locations and they are always willing to help me with all my needs, even when I call to get last minute appointment. Safecare Medical Center provides great medical care!

Office staff is excellent. The doctor is always on time. He listens, and figures out what is wrong. He gets you to the right specialist, and follows up to make sure you have been seen. Office is always clean. Highly recommended!

I've seen Dr Wilbur for 3 years now. He is very knowledgeable and listens to patients needs. He is also very thorough. Very Happy with him.

While I like Dr Wilbur, 1/2 the time his staff is totally inept and incompetent. During my last appointment that was at 8:00 a.m., at 8:10, the his nurse had not arrived because she was running late and I was still in the waiting room and because I had another appointment next door at 8:20, I couldn't wait any longer and left and yet they still cashed my co-pay check even though no one saw me. I wrote a note on their website but never got a response. ....................and last year the drug store where my Rx used to be filled said that twice they called his office and neither time did they get a response and then of course they, (the nurses) say they never got a call............who should I believe?
