Dr. Williamson was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, very personable, and explained things extremely well. He was not in a hurry and took time with me. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to see Dr. Richard Williamson. I was very nervous and he immediately put me at ease, he explained things very well and in terms I could understand.

Dr Willamson was the right doctor at the right time and i consider myself very fortunate to be under his care. The doctor and his staff are true professionals and strong communicators. Everything was explained in simple terms with excellent followup.

I've been seeing Dr. Williamson since 2018 for several severe cervical disc issues. I recently required a multi-level artificial disc replacement surgery. Dr. Williamson is an excellent surgeon with exceptional bedside manner. Even with a slight complication from the surgery, Dr. Williamson was very compassionate and confidently guided me through the process. Would recommend him to any family or friend as a top-tier neurosurgeon.

Recently had a lamenectomy on my back and I can’t say enough great things about dr. And all the staff at agh. Great people all the way around, handled everything very well from Karen, Lynn in preop, dr briefing, whole operation staff, and the post op ladies! I’m wholey satisfied way smoother than imagined. Definitely will go back. Dr. Williamson’s whole staff has been great and caring, and patient as well

Dr. Williamson is very competent and compassionate. He was hands on for my surgery and rehab.
