Dr. Richard Scott Wilson, MD

You can never get to see him, he works Mon-Thurs until 12, you are usually pond off on an APRN, and of course the charges are the same. he'll offer you a pill just not quality time.

I would never recommend this doctor, He is rude and very short with you is you ask him a question.

His bedside manner and lack of compassion makes him a very bad doctor.I was told that he has a bad temper but was forced to see him when my regular doctor was unavailable,I will not see this man again

I just read in the local Paducah Sun that this doctor is now going to be treating our local inmates in a attempt to save the county money. Its interesting to note, that since his bedside manner is not conductive towards patients, that he chose to treat those that have no choice in choosing their doctor. Is it really fair to further punish those that may be innocent with his antics? I wonder what will happen when he has a temper tantrum with the wrong inmate?

Hes a JERK

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had working with a doctor. He would always bully and humiliate his subordinates, devalued women and created a negative workplace that has led to a general distrust of his medical skills.

I would be very cautious if you are considering using this doctor as he is well know for his emotional outbursts and he does not seem to really care about the patients. He might be a average doctor for minor cuts and bruises but his concern over his billings and his altitude far exceed any abilities he might have to help the sick

After working with this man for a while to take care of my medical needs I changed doctors after one two many of his outbursts and it was the best move I have ever made. I never realized how poor he was as a doctor and the terrible treatment I was receiving from him. My new doctor was able to eliminate some drugs he told me I had to take and I feel much better with less pills and I feel like my new doctors wants to help and not just wants my money He is the worst doctor I have ever met and found their are much better doctors in Paducah then him

This doctor is well know for blowing his cool when something does not go his way He treats his staff very bad and will berate a staff member in front of everyone

This doctor should rethink his temper tantrums as it only makes his patients rethink their decision to trust this doctor for their healthcare needs. I for one would never trust this doctor again for my healthcare or any of my loved ones. I also discovered by changing doctors that his recommendations for my meds were damaging to my internal organs. He needs more experience, but he's not going to gain that from me or my loved ones.
