If you call expect to deal with Cruella deville , it used to be customer is always taken care of, not hear ! beware doctor will back anything she does and will be ignorant if you defend yourself to Cruella deville !!!!

The staff it awful. I got to my first visit 20 minutes early realized I left my purse at home. I keep a copy of my drivers license and insurance card on my phone. She said she couldn't accept that I would have to reschedule that would be $50. I said I can run home and get it, she said ok but if I am more than 20 minutes late we will have to reschedule I drove 40 minutes round trip got back to the office left the paper work in my car. she said run and get if you are late we will reschedule so I had to run on my bad foot to get it. I finally got in to see him and he was nice gave me a shot in my foot order a shot on the top of my foot. I got to St Francis building for my shot after I registered they walked me out of the building to out patient hospital. My insurance is terrible for this out patient hospital is $250.00. If I got the shot in the St. Francis $35. Upset but made and 2nd appoint. I forgot about it no reminders, she called I said asked if I was on your way I say no I can… head up there now she said I would be too late she said I being charged a $50 no show fee. she asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no.

Myself and my husband have used Dr. Wittock for many years. He has done wonderful work on our foot issues. I recommend Dr. Whittock for any foot issues. He is a very dedicated doctor. Kathy Henry

When I went back for check up for them I still was charged a copay, which I paid. Now I have bills that were sent to collections. When I called to talk to them about the bills, Becky became very rude. Very rude office staff. Very unprofessional in my opinion! I do not at all agree to these extra bills. On top of it all, the lazer treatment did not work well at all. I’m not understanding why I’m being charged more after I was told the treatment of my toe and finger would be a total of $950.00. Which I paid up front. Way overpriced. I should have checked around first.

Ive been a patient of Dr Wittock for years and he has patiently worked on and corrected many feet issues!!!
