Richard Wozniak, MD

Dr. Richard Wozniak is a caring and compassionte physcian. My aunt, who is 85 years old was hospitalized for a broken wrist, and transferred to a nursing facility. After her release, I contacted Dr. Wozniak for presciptions for several medical supplies and equipment. When he learned that I called while on vacation, he made a concerted effort to return my call as soon as he returned to the office. He provided all of the necessary documentation, and spent time with me discussing my aunt's medical condition and follow-up visits. Over the years, Dr. Wozniak has made sure that my aunt had all of the necessary test (mammogram, colonoscopy, blood work, etc.) It is refreshing to find a doctor that is truly interested in the well being of their patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Wozniak to anyone looking for a new physcian. Thank you Dr. Wozniak for the wonderful care you have provided my aunt, Anna, over the years. You are the truly a blessing!!!
