Dr. Richard Philip Zekman, DO

I recently had a doctor visit with Dr Zekman. He wanted me to get. Colonoscopy. When I tried to make an appointment, the receptionist said that I needed a RX from Dr. Zekman. I have been calling him for almost a week and he still has not returned my call. How can I trust his expertise when he won’t followup when his patient has a question/request. So disappointed. M. I have been with Dr Z for many years and I couldn’t find a more caring and concern doctor in this world. He is very knowledgeable in his field and will not put you through unnecessary procedures. He even tries to help you with your treatment and don’t send you to stuff just to burden you financially. I wish all my doctors was like him my treatments would be so much better. Dr. Zekman is the most compassionate Dr. I have ever met.He diagnosed my husband with stage 4 lung cancer with mets to the brain. A very dire diagnosis. Because of Dr. Zekman’s knowledge of th newest treatments and clinical trials, my husband far outlived the prognosis of others doctors in the field. Dr. Zekman is an outstanding oncologist. He is kind and very, very thorough. Dr.Z is aware of all the newest treatments and medications as well as clinical trials. He will do everything he can to make the patient and family feel hopeful and confident.

Dr. Zekman is a kind and compassionate doctor! His empathy knows no bounds. He is up to date on latest trials and medications! Spends incredible amount of time with us explaining everything. We feel so blessed to have found him.

Does not take the time to pick up the phone to give you test results. Finally received in mail with no explanation. This so called doctor shouldn't be. Cocky and careless
