Dr Zelner is caring and takes the time to explain everything to me. He truly cares about my well-being. Tammy and Debbie are kind, caring and respond to my requests and calls promptly. They’ve all been taking care of me for 15 years.

I find Dr Zelner to be very competent. He took plenty of time to explain my issues and to reassure me.

My husband had his first colonoscopy experience and it couldn't have gone smoother. Very personable and caring doctor.

Waiting room clean & comfortable. Exam room clean and bright. Staff friendly and efficient. Physician and assistant both able to ask pointed questions about condition without making patient feel uncomfortable, listen well to responses / complaints.

Dr. Zelner is a very competent, down to earth and genius doctor, but his staff is HORRIBLE they all have some mental sickness, all the time they look tired and aggressive. All of them are incompetent they dont prepare charts before the arrival of the patient. They dont retrieve patients reports from their doctors or Labs before their arrival. They are bunch of liars. All 3 should be fired . They are spoiling Dr. Zelner's practice.

Dr. Z's staff is rude, unorganized, and condescending. Don't waste your time with his office, you will have a miserable experience. Also most of the 4 star reviews are probably from his staff. Not to mention, I overheard them gossiping about a patient while I was waiting to be seen. Very unprofessional.
