I was in a bad car accident and smashed my foot and heel. HE told me up front the facts. Here it is a year later and my foot is still bad. Not his fault. I have medical complications. But onto another patient, my grandson from Alaska had suffered with ingrown toe nails for 2 years. His mother was no help. When he got to OHIO and I saw the oozing pus and black goo coming out of his toes; I called Dr. Zirm immediately. He took by gr. son immediately and repaired the toes.He was gentle and noticed how afraid my 14 year old, was of the surgery. He kept him calm and all is well now. He is a great human being and there are not many human beings as doctors anymore. Dr. Zirm is the greatest and there is no waiting time. I wait at the most 10 min. in his very nice, calming office.Thumbs up Dr. Zirm...your a good man/doctor!

I was suffering with toe pain for a couple months after my 90 pound lab accidentally stepped on my foot. Dr. Zirm was recommended during an appt. with my PCP. Front desk personnel were friendly, efficient and scheduled me for an appt. within a week. I had foot exam, x-rays, diagnosis and prognosis in 30 mins. Highly recommend Dr. Zirm for his personable, but professional bedside manner and relaxed and conservative approach.
