Ive been bringing my kids to him for the past 5yrs and he was a great dr but the past 8 mo he has been the worst dr I've seen. He seems to have lost his care. I have a child with a mysterious illness and he just blows it off and says she's fine it's normal for a child to have numerous high fevers and a high sed rate( which was very difficult to get a blood test ordered). Took her to another dr and got proper testing and she's been diagnosed with rumitoid arthritis. And my friend has also had similar experience, his son has severe allergies and possible asthma he refused to help, gave child steriods with out a reason why or wanting to have a returned visit to see if it helped. Second visitNow gave child inhaler and no reason for why. And asked if he treated his son for allergies and he said um I asked you to help me but you told me to trial and error it and dr chitwood said "whatever" under his breath. And stopped talking gave child inhaler and left room. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK… AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Kown him for years. He has treated my two children fora combined total of 18 years. Trust him totally!
