Appointment was for a yearly physical. Female check is done at Gynecologist. Lab work was done at urgent care two days later because the lady making the appointment told me that I didn't need to fast for any blood work. I was not asked to remove any clothing. My heart was listened two, looked in my ears and mouth. That was the extent of my physical. Received referral for gastro Dr. within two weeks for colonoscopy, but never received a follow up or report on any of my lab work.

Exceptional service and caring and understanding attitude and artention

It is unfortunate that this Dr. Is part of HMG. He is a great Dr. But the staff at HMG are terrible. They are rude, dishonest, and frequently make mistakes and then cover them up. Love this Dr. But can no longer tolerate This terrible staff. After making several complaints and nothing being done I had to leave.
