Dr. Ricky Ochoa, MD

This guy is a POS. He missed vital appointments. Didn't keep promises. When the going gets tough, pan Ocha quits. He'll live you high and dry. I would not trust him.

after a week out of the trauma center, he decides to cut ny pain meds in half and completely remove an NSAID from my prescriptions On the first day I saw him. He is afraid to give medication but is quick to strip it from you. He has had two prescription orders from us where all he needed to do was authorize it with Walgreens and couldn’t do that in the seven days we have had with him. This guy is garbage, if you have something simple than maybe this guy could help you out. If you require serious attention however, do no trust this guy with anything. He just does some crap with his stickered out laptop and takes your vitals.

As a new patient to his office I was wary of seeing a new doctor. I was happily surprised as his office, nurses and other staff were extremely helpful and most of all they cared. Office was nicely kept, no stains on the chairs or floors. I had a severe cold and called his office, he was out but a nurse practitioner saw me right away, I was coming down with pneumonia, thankfully I was seen and given some pills. I am cured and very pleased with the services and timely appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Ochoa to everyone.

This doctor seems to care most about having as many patients come through in a day than actually taking care of the patients he does have. I was seen a few times and was never helped.

I think that You are a great doctor, but your bed side manor is to be desired. I think you think you listen to your patients but really you don't for the most part. I feel that I spend to much time waiting on you for my appointment and then rushed out the door when you do come in to see me. I spend more time sitting in the waiting room and room then what I see of you as my doctor. I also feel that even if you have a appointment about one thing if something else comes up before the appointment we should be able to bring it up at the current appointment. Not have to schedule another appointment to discuss the other issue.

Dr Ochoa has always been very professional. He seems to care about his patients and takes the time to listen to my needs.

This is a doctor who seems in a rush and doesn't take the time to really listen. I was diagnosed wrongly. I shifted to another doctor who is far more knowledgeable and has better bedside manners

Impossible to get an appointment if you are a new patient. Once you are in though he is very nice. Professional and knoledgable. Listens to you and takes time for you. I also like Dr. Dias in his office. She sees my children and is superb!!!

I like not waiting for a long time.
