Dr. Ricky Gordon Russell

I've been seeing Dr. Russell 1-2x a year for 25+ years. Always nice, professional, fast and reasonably priced. No complaints after all that time. Never have to wait much and sometimes even get in EARLY.

Dr. Russell is a great doctor. The two little old ladies around 100 are great. The person that complained about them must be a drama queen. You probably wanted something for free and did not receive it. They are there to do a job that does not entail bowing down to you.

Only doctor I've known that routinely requires less than 5 mins waiting. I've been a patient for about 25 years with no complaints.

Two women in their early 100's work the office. The women are unprofessional & rude. They consistently will make patients wait while they chat with each other or with friends or relatives on the phone. They will know a patient is waiting at the counter and pretend to not see. Dr. Russell is fine, but he desperately needs fresh staff.

He is patient with people and will spend as much time as it takes. He is also observant. If you are expecting a person wearing a suit, that is not him. He is likely to be wearing shorts.
