Sometimes I go in for a shot and am told I can't get it because the syrum isn't ready. This is ridiculously bad service. The office staff is sometimes rude. The allergist has been fine, but they have limited shot room hours that of course are during working hours, so taking time off of work to go there and not be able to get a shot is obnoxious.

Had a referral for a ten AM appointment. Called at 8:00 AM to make sure someone was there (we had marginally bad weather the night before, fairly ordinary for mid-Michigan in late December). No answer. Dug out the car and traveled 20+ miles to keep the appointment. Note on door says the staff didn't come in and the office was closed. Horrible service to make this decision and then completely ignore your patients who had appointments that day. Somebody made the decision to close the doors. Somebody put that note on the door and somebody, in that context, made the decision to say "to heck with the patients. Let them travel here and read the note in the door." Someone had to be at the office to put that sign on the door. Someone decided the patients aren't worth the time and effort to call. Don't bother calling us. You aren't the only allergist in town.
