This woman RUINED the last decade of my mother?s life. Mom presented, at age 85, with excruciating pain in her right hip and a ghastly rash in the location of the pain. And the ?doctor?said ?I don?t know what that is?. It was SHINGLES! Two days later, Mom returned in an ambulance. Due to this woman?s negligence, Mom was in desperate pain for five years and then developed dementia as a result which lasted another five years. So take your medical license back to Woolworth?s for a refund. You didn?t just ruin one life, you ruined two. Should be zero stars, or minus ten stars! - August 08, 2023

Dr. Brakema is not my doctor nor would I ever recommend her to anyone, especially in an emergency situation. I unfortunately had to speak with her over the phone where I had to take emotional and verbal abuse from Her, due to her lack of information on current day protocols on prescribing equipment for patients. She has a very colorful vocabulary to say the least, and her scare tactacts she attempt to use on individuals, who are not up to her standards; are horendious! I’ve taken verbal abuse from people in the past but none that have caused a full blown panic attack which led me into tears. I tried to work with her but she continued to belittle me, I would never expect that type of personality from a DOCTOR. She’s expected to make people feel better not worse, irregardless of someone being a patient or not. She definitely lacks that “caring” bone in her body. God bless this women, I really hope she treats her patients better than the way she treats others who work in the medical… field.
