Excellent staff! Doctor actually takes the time to sit down and talk to you, not like other doctors who don't even see you to your face.

I have seen Dr. Marin for about 3 years now and I have had no issues with his staff or himself. The promptness of scheduling an appointment is a piece of cake. Availability the following day with no hassle, even if I dont schedule an appointment they are willing to take me as a walkin with no hassle. The MAs, Naomi and recently meeting Ms. Anna, are excellent never have I felt so comfortable with nurses before. They make my visit more at ease. Any questions regarding my billing/insurance, Mrs Anita and Ms Angelly are willing to explain to me the balances. Dr. Marin as soon as he comes in the room greets you with a smile and then proceeds to the visit. Apologizes if running behind time, what doctor does that!!! I Recommend Dr. Marin for your Provider!! He's great and the staff is AWESOME!!!!

I recently moved to a different city. Dr. Marin is still my primary care physician because I have not had the chance to find a new physician. I called to speak with him about a medical condition I have. His staff told me that he refused to speak with me over the phone, that I must make an appointment if I wish to speak with him about a medical concern. I told them I moved out of town, and it would be hard for me to visit him. The office staff responded by saying, "find another doctor then, He will not talk to you unless you make an appointment." And then, I asked why he would not speak with me over the phone about a medical condition if I was his patient, the staff said, "It's not his job to talk to you over the phone."

I have not had a family physician for many years. Recently I had an accident and suffered a severe hernia which needed immediate attention. Dr. Rigoberto L. Marin handled my situation swiftly and efficiently. I am so impressed with him that I have requested that he accept me as a patient. He is now a part of Rio Grande Medicine in Harlingen, Texas.
