Rika Win Kemp

Rika Win, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner who embraces the biopsychosocial model of care with a strong focus on integrative, root-cause–based treatment. She practices a patient-centered approach—helping individuals identify personal goals and create sustainable change through therapy, lifestyle coaching, nutrition, exercise, and thoughtful medication management. Rika strives to create a safe, supportive environment where patients can thrive.

With a diverse background in maternal, newborn, public health, student health, and mental health care, Rika integrates evidence-based research with ancestral wisdom. Her approach emphasizes nutritional psychiatry, self-care, and healing generational trauma. She has a special interest in life transitions, anxiety, depression, focus, burnout, and minority mental health, reflecting her deep commitment to holistic, person-centered healing.
