She is such a sweetheart! She's the first doctor who really listened to me. Love her!!

The doctor was excellent. Too bad I can't say the same about the staff. No wonder she left that practice.

I cannot recommend this physician, nor any of the colleagues in the practice due to the rude, abrupt and unprofessional manner that I experienced on the part of the office staff. I encountered several members of the office staff, and they can be described as above without exception.

It is truly unfortunate that a decent Doctor like Dr. Chowlera gets a less than excellant review because of her office staff. I will never go to her office again because of the way I was treated by the receptionist at the desk. She was terribly rude and nasty and when I left the office I was in tears. I was possably being treated for cancer and the way I was treated was totally uncalled for. I would never recommend anyone to be treated and that office and if any of my friends or coworkers told me they were going to go there, I would do everything in my power to discourage them and suggest they be treated by another doctor.That receptionest should be fired on the spot and I told her so at my appointment. She could care less.
