I am very disappointed in the way that I was treated by Dr. Rimma Polotskaya. She made me so uncomfortable to ask questions because when I did, her and her medical technician acted like I was an idiot. She also requires you visit her every 6 months, and she claims she is not qualified to refill prescriptions like Birth Control, which is outrageous. I don't need to be best friends with my doctor, but I also don't need to feel judged when I'm in a vulnerable position. She may be a good fit for some, but I will not be returning to this doctor.

I was recently in the hospital and had to get a test done. They told me the ct results and she called me up to go over the ct results said it had to be done immediately and made it sound like she had found something in them that was very dire. cut to later that day I show up at her office and her nurse asks me "So why are you here?" I don't know you tell me. turns out she just hadn't read the ct results and went back and forth on if I should continue to take my antibiotic at the level I was taking it only to eventually concede that yes I should continue to take the antibiotic at the level I was prescribed. I spent the whole day in anxiety thinking I was going to die! If she had done her homework I wouldn't have had to go in at all. The whole thing was incredibly frustrating since I had to take time off work for it.

Several members of the staff have very poor communication skills (people skills), are rude when patient's arrive, and don't take the time to explain everything that's happening. Doctor is constantly bickering with the staff which makes for a very unprofessional environment. Doctor also doesn't make follow-up calls to patient's and has her staff do it, who then cannot explain the significance of the results. very dissatisfied with experience. would not recommend.

Do not see this doctor. She will make you come in every three months just to bill the insurance. Runs unnecessary tests to bill, too.
