Tonight my daughter and I had to go to the immediate care center in Shepherdsville. We did not arrive until 8:52 p.m. even though they closed at 9 p.m. Dr. Pancholi never made us feel like we were unwelcomed, even consididering out late arrival. We both were diagnosed with strep throat. He had such good bedside Manner and proved to be very knowledgeable. He made sure that he not only treated my condition but also kept me from being in pain. We did not have to wait long to be seen and even once we were in the room he was in there within 5 minutes. He made my daughter feel very comfortable which can be hard for a 6 year old who hates getting her throat swabbed. Out of all the Urgent Care Doctors I have ever had to see, Dr. Pancholi was hands-down the best. I was in so much pain when I arrived at the office that I was literally crying. Now Less Than 3 hours later I feel 100 times better thanks to Dr. Pancholi.
