Dr. Ripu Arora

Dr Arora is a very knowledgeable, a good listener and compassionate doctor. I was in his office with my mom (who doesn't speak English) because my mom had a knee injury and she was in pain. He took the time to examine her knee and he was waiting for me to translate to my mom. He helped my mom with the pain. Highly recommended.

Sure, he helped alleviate some pain that I had, but as my monthly EOBs began to come in and I began to review them, I noticed the office was billing me for services either not rendered at the time, or they were double billing me. Since I had to pay 20% of my insurance cost, that amounted to quite a bit. When I discovered it, I called them to file a claim, and they acted like they didn't know about it. They told me they would check with the doctor, to see what he would say. When I called back to follow up, they said they would "return" the money to my insurance, (they never did), and not to worry about my balance. I never went back! It seems to be common practice. Be cautious, check your EOBs, and compare them to your receipts, and keep track of the procedures they do at each office visit to compare them to your EOB to see what they file a claim for! Don't let them double bill you and commit fraud on your insurance.

Dr.Arora has managed my pain for the last twenty years. In 2006 he successfully eliminated my severe shoulder pain due to protruding discs in my neck caused by a spinal injury with epidural injections. That pain has never returned. I am a paraplegic and Dr.Arora has been very beneficial in helping to reduce the chronic pain in my lower extremities for the last two decades.

His holistic approach to my pain management has been life changing. He addressed pain issue, then referred me to Brandy Moore to help with my inflammation issues. Cutting out sugar, wheat, rice, corn and a few other things have made my life almost 100% pain free.
