Excellent doctor in every way,the ladies in his office are very skilled and caring.

The day of my daughter's surgery they wanted payment in full, which I have never experienced from any physician office. Every physician office submits to insurance 1st and once it is determined what your insurance covers, you are then billed for the outstanding balance. Not here. I explained that I wanted the full billing documents so I could submit to my HSA for immediate reimbursement then. Although they stated no problem, they only provided partial documents needed. When I found this out a few days later, I called and asked for the dics my HSA was requesting. I was told their bulling will go out in a few days and I would just have to wait to get it from my insurance carrier. Ince all of the paperwork was processed at my carrier, it was determined the office overcharged me more than $100! I emailed the office with the docs from my carrier showing that the dentist had over charged me. The office told me even though the could see that I was over charged, I would have to wait until the… get payment from the carrier before they would issue me reimbursement for the known overcharge. FIND ANOTHER OFFICE!!!!

Dr. Shaikh was extremely through all, went into detail on what I should expect from the reconstruction surgery he was going to perform. He ultimately implanted 4 titanium plates and 26 screws into my face to repair my right cheek and right orbital floor from a traumatic fall down 13 stairs. His effort to reconstruct my face is totally unbelievable. I think he is a wonderful Dr. with rumor and amazing talent. I would recommend Dr. Shaikh to anyone requiring Facial Reconstruction.

Dr. Shaikh is very friendly and personable. He cares about his patients and giving them the best options. I would recommend anyone to him!
