rita kurl is a patsy for local police departments, specifically cranston, who uses her to make false mental health diagnosis on individuals who these police departments have wrongs and are looking to charge them criminally or civilly. rita kurl is used to make false mental health diagnosis to help the police departments escape liability. she is a corrupt criminal.

I needed a central line to give me fluids in the ER at Roger Williams Hospital. She attempted this over 10 times in my upper chest area. Finally she attempted it in my groin area and got it the first time. During the 10 tries she punctured my lung multiple causing it to have a reoccurring pnumothorax (Collapsed lung). I should of only spent 2 days in the hospital instead I spent over 2 weeks. During my long stay I also had to have 2 chest tubes put in through my rib cage and into my lung to drain fluid and air. I then had to go through the most painful procedure I ever experienced which is called pleurodesis which is when they inject a chemical into my chest tube which is like pouring acid on my lung so it inflames and scars up so it will stick to my chest wall to prevent it from collapsing in the future. In conclusion I now have perminate damage to my lung and chronic pain for the rest of myour life. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Also nobody was honest or forward… with me at all. This doctor could of done many things to prevent this fromessage happening to me.
