Rita Jeannette Lutz

My experience with Gastrointestinal Associates, LLP resulted in me having to seek care elsewhere. I was assigned a patient of Rita J. Lutz, AGNP, and went here for years, and after my past appointment with Rita, I received a letter informing me that I was no longer a patient at the practice and included signatures from all the doctors there who signed off on it, for whatever unknown reason to me and not of my doing. The way in which Rita and Gastrointestinal Associates, LLP handled my care left me feeling confused, frustrated and angry. I've never been barred from a medical facility before, and it was upsetting to be suddenly removed without any direct communication. Because this practice is the only one with privileges at Boone Hospital for gastroenterology, I am now unable to get my GI care there, including GI procedures. If you want to avoid this kind of situation, I would consider other facilities for your gastrointestinal care.
