I absolutely do not recommend anyone going here. My experience was extremely frustrating, continually. Whenever you call, you will wait along long time, the staff and doctor do not follow through. Pharmacy hated dealing with them as well, no follow through. Eventually had to switch doctors because I could not get them to send in appropriate paperwork to my insurance company to cover my diabetic supplies. Terrible! Doctor should be brought up on charges and the staff fired!

She wouldn't spend time to explain medical terms or possible side effect to me. It is a waste of time to go see her. I can get more information online on Google.

The staff is horrible .

My thyroid was removed due to cancer and I was referred to this Dr. I have been a here for more than a few years and sadly I Have made a decision to find another dr. My experience has been similar to the many negative comments here. Dr Pradan unnecessarily argued with me at my last appointment. I have on several occasions, been without my thyroid medication and when the pharmacy calls to have it refilled, the doctor DENIED it. Yes you read that right. More than once denied me of the medication I need because I don’t have a thyroid to produce that hormone. My amazing pharmacist realized how detrimental this is to my health after waiting nearly a week to hear back from A nurse. She called them to tell them, they are responsible for my condition if they deny my medication. This is unacceptable. I don’t understand why you can’t treat your patients with some respect and dignity. I’m Done.

I was referred to Dr. Pradhan by my primary care. I never saw the doctor and didn't really want to after dealing with the office staff. Whoever answered the phone was impolite and, frankly, rude. I was unable to secure an appointment with the doctor because the appointments ran out nearly two months. I was on hold for 25 minutes waiting for them to talk to me and when I finally was answered, the person answering the phone was rude. Won't be having an appointment with this office.

I have seen this Dr in the past, I was her patient for almost a year and a half. I was forced to see her by my insurance who has very few endo options. Her office staff would leave you on hold for hours if they could. She doesnt listen to you, and has no regards to your outlook on your diagnosis. Please do your research before making an apointment here

Dr. Rita Pradhan was very nice and informative. However, the office staff was very hard to get hold of. I was referred to surgeon without any test report forwarded. The surgeon office, my primary doctor, and myself have been trying for days to get the test report with no success. What kind of practice is that ?
