I loved Rita. Kind caring, understanding. Her staff on the other hand needs work. Rude, condescending, extremely unprofessional. I will never go back just because of her staff. Im sorry too because I really liked Rita. I wmwaa harassed through email and voice-mail. And lied to stating they have been trying to contact me and I dont have ONE email or voice-mail. And on top of that they were rude to my husband who only called to give info AND then decided to try to go against HIPAA LAW and say well ill only go through your husband. No!!! I did not give consent for my info to be released to my husband! So poor staff, and poor legal knowledge. Be careful if you don't want your medical info public!
