Dr. Rita H Vieyra, DDS

The staff was very friendly and the doctor seems to be the same way as well. However, when you engage in further conversation with Dr. Rita, you learn that she is actually very rude and condescending. The wait time was very long as well despite having an appointment. You must book 4 appointments to get a fill in and cleaning done. Not to mention they are money hungry and lack proper communication methods. They do not remind you of your appointment or send anything regarding an upcoming appointment. Instead you are responsible for calling them the day of your appointment to tell them that you are on your way. But if you are late, they threaten you with a $100 no show/cancellation fee. Lastly, they are usually busy and tend to rush and make you book other appointments so they can get through all their clients. Save your time and find a dentist who respects their practice and patient.
