This is Dr Reed responding to the person who claims to have seen me in Urgent care and was apparently dissatisfied with her care. THIS NARRATIVE IS MADE UP SINCE I LAST WORKED IN URGENT CARE IN THE YEAR 2013. IF YOU SAW ME IN 2013 OR EARLIER, WHY DID IT TAKE YOU 5+ YEARS TO REGISTER YOUR DISCONTENT? MY REAL PATIENTS APPRECIATE THE CARE AND THE PASSION AND LOVE WITH WHICH THAT CARE IS ADMINISTERED. TRUTH MATTERS. WHATEVER REASONS YOU HAVE TO NARRATE THIS FAKE ENCOUNTER, I WISH YOU WELL.

Simply THE best doctor I've ever seen. Have been a patient for two years as of writing this. Kind and compassionate, willing to listen and offer advice and encouragement. Will tell people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear, coming from a place of compassion. Has gone above and beyond to help when I was in need of support. If you are in need of help getting free of opiates, this office will save your life. Free of judgement.

Outstanding Dr with a caring spirit

As I'm reviewing my past test results on my account, I came across a pregnancy test result that was negative, and remembered the encounter I had with the provider (Dr. Wallace-Reed). My mother brought me into urgent care after being sick for about 3-4 weeks with flu symptoms (this was fall of 2009 when the swine flu outbreak occurred). I had a horrible painful cough, sore throat, chest, fever, body aches and headache, etc. Dr. Wallace-Reed ordered three tests: A rapid strep and culture, CBC, and chest x-ray. When asked if I could be pregnant, I replied that actually, I was uncertain, but I suppose there could be that chance. Dr. Reed then asked me unrelated personal questions only to shame me, huffed, rolled her eyes, and dismissed caring and being thorough because she did not agree with my lifestyle choice (having unprotected monogamous sex with my long-term boyfriend outside of marriage. I was 22 years old). When the pregnancy test came back, her assistant or nurse called my name… where I was waiting with my mom in the lobby, and told me the result was negative in the hallway within view and earshot of my mother. My confidentiality was breached, and after finding the strep test and chest x-ray negative, I have a vague recollection of Dr. Wallace-Reed ordering a couple of prescriptions (An antibiotic and steroid, I think), and sending me on my way. It was an overall terrible experience. I realize this was my experience alone, and hopefully this doesn't represent the care she gives to all of her other patients on a regular basis; but felt it was important enough to share.

This is the right doctor for me.

Dr Reed walked the length of 2016 with me. The best doctor I know. Opiates do not control my life. I am working, have great relationships, have money to save. I feel normal again. I can call Art at home. He always answers the phone and returns calls promptly. Thank you Dr Reed. Thank you Art. Keepl up the good work. It uis possible to live a normal life

Dr Reed is the kindest Doctor I know. My treatment is successful because of her. She always tells me to feel at home in her office and I do.
