Dr. Rita Weinstein, MD

I have been seeing Dr Weinstein for many years and find her very through and knowledgeable! I have never had anything but a pleasant exchange with the staff and find them all very nice. I have read some of the other reviews and find them surprising. I will say that not all patients require the same amount of time to be examined and the Dr does not rush through your examine, and you shouldn't want her too! This isn't a fast food place afterall, it deals with people's health and if you appreciate a good thoughtful examine for yourself, please have patience when it comes to others getting the same. Both Drs Weinstein and Rothfleisch are excellent Drs and the support staff is awesome in my book. I highly recommend this practice!

staff very uncaring and rude, doctor excellent

The office staff is rude and unprofessional. After waiting over a half hour I asked how much longer until I could see the doctor and they had no clue. As I was leaving through the back I was told to wait since they did not want to lose out on a patient, however after hearing the little whispers they had to say about me, I walked out. Got in my car and had the doctor waiting at the back door asking if I could stay. All the reviews said the wait time would be over an hour, but that just goes to show the poor time management of this office. It could be quite possible that the doctor is good, however, there are many hurdles to get through before seeing one.

Excellent doctors. Surly and incompetent staff with no concern for patient care. Overly long waiting times even for follow ups. In short, simply dreadful staff and office policies and no regard for patient care. Let the patient beware.

Dr. Weinstein is extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise; very understanding and caring.

I found Dr. Weinstien to be very, very good. Knowledgeable, understanding she imbues confidence. However, her office staff and office policies do not. The wait for make an appointment is long, the wait once you get there is long as well. Once after waiting for an hour and I couldn't wait any longer, I went up to the desk to reschedule the office staff got surly, demanding to know why I hadn't blocked off more time and why I couldn't wait any longer. They eventually let me make another appointment for months down the road and missed the appointment. They wanted me to pay a missed appointment fee ($50-not a small sum) when I noted that I neither got a reminder phone call or a reminder appointment card the staff laughed and told me it was my responsibility, not theirs. While this is true, I pointed out that when I make appointments months ahead of time, for example with my dentist, there is a mechanism in place to remind us. That was my last visit in spite of the fact that I admire… Dr Weinstein very much

the wait was longish but worth it, glad I found a doctor that knows their stuff. Office was clean and attractive, staff was busy but had enough time for me. I would recommend her

A RATHER LONG WAIT BOTH TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AND ONCE THERE AT THE OFFICE.STAFF WAS WELL INFORMED AND POLITE BUT RUSHED FOR TIME. THE SAME FOR THE DR. BUT SHE KNEW HER STUFF.
