Dr. Rittika Banerjee, MD

Dr. Banerjee is really in the wrong profession. When you're sufferring from a debilitating illness that affects your entire life, you need a doctor who is understanding, compassionate and willing to help you. She has none of these qualities and just goes through the motions. She's rude, condescending and often rolls her eyes and looks at her watch frequently to check the time during your sessions with patients. I was really struggling and I requested her help obtaining services I needed and she agreed to assist. At the last minute, she proceeds to tell me that she over extended herself and had done a double shift and could not help me. Mind you we're talking about a 1 page form. Totally unprofessional as her workload is not something she should be discussing with a patient. Perhaps that's a conversation she should have had with a friend or her spouse. She went back on her word and refused to complete the form for me. She then proceeded to tell me she was referring me to someone else.… This then resulted in me ending up in the hospital for treatment. The very thing I was trying to avoid. She is ice cold and has no busines dealing with patients.

First let me thank Dr.Banerjee for her alert reactions & insightful decision..I meet her recently@E/R local hospital..my adult son was brought there..She discharged my son in my care..I am very thankful to have meet her.

If you enjoy the bottom of the food chain then you will feel right at home with this horrible excuse of a doctor. She is heartless and has no patience. This Mouse eater is a total bigot. It's is inexcusable that people like this are given so much power with tax payer's money.

Punctual, knowledgeable, discusses all treatment options and does not just recommend medications.

I have seen dr. banerjee for the last 1 year 1/2. she is a great phychiatrist. when i first got to her i was extreamly over medicated. i was on 5 diffrent meds. with her wise knowledge we have been able to get and maintain me stable on 2 meds. she also is very profesional and has a passion to help her patients to the fullest.
