I have been going to Dr. Chandan for many years. I think she is a great Dr. The staff and nurse are wonderful too.

Absolutely done with this doctor. I’ve been a patient of hers for years and she has officially outdone herself with her carelessness. She has absolutely no compassion, is dismissive, and has a huge chip on her shoulder. I went in hoping to get solutions for painful varicose veins and when she came in the room she didn’t even look at them or ask me about them. She repetitively told me my issue was cosmetic and no insurance would ever pay for me to get these fixed. I proceeded to explain to her they cause me pain and issues (as I had already told the nurses) and she still dismissed the whole thing. She was in the room for maybe 3 minutes at most before rushing out and leaving me feeling hopeless and stupid. I was in shock at how she treated me. I will never return to this doctor. Huge waste of time and money.

She is an outstanding Doctor would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new doctor.

She is an excellent Doctor. My daughter referred me to her saying what an excellent Doctor she was. My daughter is the the Executive Director of ANA of Illinois so she knows what she is talking about.

The staff at this office is so extremely unprofessional, cussing, making fun of patients, arguing with each other. The Dr is in and out doesn't take you seriously. The nurse with the black hair is lazy and rude. Don't go there unless your dying and can't find ANTONE else!

Although I've been with Dr. Chandan for almost 10 years now I need to get away from her and find a real M.D. I guess I stuck it out for so long is that I just don't like change. She always seems to look at my problems skeptically,as if I'm a hypochondriac. She never actually looks into my issues with solid testing. I belive she dismisses a lot of my complaints because I have a history of smoking. I have severe spinal and cranial problems and I get better care and consideration from my pain management Dr. Her office staff is less then profesional. Every time I see her my blood pressure is up because of the stress I feel on my visits. My bp is normal most other times. So of course this last time doesn't address any of my real issues and prescribes me BP medication. DO Not go see this O.D. if you have real issues find an M.D. Like I'm about to do. It's just a shame it took me so long to actually do something about it.

I would rather wait for 45 minutes and have the doctor spend time with me than wait for 10 minutes and have the doctor blow me off. Plus, the office staff (other than the lady who answers the phones) is rude. One of the nurses was making fun of how the patient before me smelled.

The office will make you pay first. and they will try to make you pay over your PPO ALLOWANCE. KNOW YOUR COPAY!!! there is a ppo savings associated with your acount and they will try to make you pay for that savings. and when you catch them, the office will bad mouth you to dr.chandan. and she sticks up for them... beware !!! your care could be at jeopardy within this office.

She doesn't follow up at all, I've been with her two years and she doen't follow up with my progress or lack there of. I'm still having the problem and she has not contacted or cared about my issue.Nice lady but didn't help me.
