Sometimes that gets her a bit behind,but she is very good.

I really used to like Dr. Dixon, but as her practice picked up the quality went way down. The office staff is terrible and made several billing and appointment errors. Getting test results takes forever. Very unprofessional. My cat gets better care from my vet.

The time waiting is very unpredictable, but once you see her there is no rushing to the next patient. Treats you as a total person not a single ailment.

I asked my allergist who I really respect (Dr. Schipiro) if he has a Dr. he recommends... He said he has several Dr. friends who go to Dr. Dixon and really like her. With that endorsement, I decided to give her a shot, even though she is across town. I couldn't be happier, she is smart, through, a great listener, detail oriented and take excellent notes. When I missed picking up a prescription, her office called me to make sure I hadn't had any reactions to the drug. This is the happiest I have been with a Dr., I absolutely trust her with my health.

I would find another doctor to see! There are many more caring and professional doctors out there than Dr. Dixon. With Dr. Dixon, if you don't do exactly what she wants you to do in exactly the right amount of time, she will dismiss you as a patient! When you are dismissed as a patient they won't even have the respect to tell you! I had to find out from the pharmacy that was trying to get my medication refilled.

Doesn't communicate, provide bills, and bad insurance billing practices. Unprofessinal.

She is a warm, and caring Doctor who really takes the time to listen to you about any problems you may have.
