When a person brings enthusiasm, warmth and a sense of humor along with their expertise while serving people, they can't help but earn their trust no matter what walk of life. This is what Dr. Rao believes in, and has accomplished in her practice.
Dr. Ritu Rao attended the University of Florida, Gainesville, where she graduated with Honors, earning a bachelor's degree in Microbiology. She then pursued her postgraduate studies in Texas, finishing her dental degree at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas.
Soon after, Dr. Rao made her home right here in Dallas. In her practice, she is a strong proponent of a conservative philosophy with great emphasis on prevention and long-term benefits to all those she serves. Three words that describe it best are: contemporary, conservative and comprehensive.
Dr. Rao's professional memberships include the Dallas County Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. She has also taught in the pre-dental …programs as an associate instructor at Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Rao and her husband are parents to two wonderful children and their sweet Golden retriever. She enjoys the company of family and friends, traveling, running, cooking and reading.
