Dr. Ritu Kaur Talwar, MD

Dr Talwar is very helpful and patient, you do not feel rushed around her. She made me very comfortable and I have only seen her twice and both times have been good experiences. She has good advice and I feel she listens

Extremely ignorant and condescending. Says she doesnt hand out medicine like candy without talking or knowing anything about my medical history. Walked into room with an ugly face and shook her head at everything I said like I'm a liar.

She does NOT take time with you during appointments. She does NOT listen to you. She disregards your symptoms if they are not to her liking. She is in the wrong business in my opinion. She makes me very, very uncomfortable.

I look forward to seeing Dr. Talwar because she listens to me. Whether I am concerned about my meds, the way my day has gone or my husband, she listens thoughtfully and adds comments, suggestions or gives advice accordingly. She is aware of services available in the county and does not hesitate to refer me to them if, for example, I would need extra help at home. Dr. Talwar is a quiet person. Some may interpret her demeanor as aloofness, but her warmth comes through the better she comes to know you. Her primary goal, in my opinion, is to defend her patient from life's difficulties and problems. I find her to be very thorough, very knowledgeable, and personally very easy to talk to. Her professional manner of dealing with me cannot conceal her caring nature which is, I believe, her main motivation in helping individuals like myself enjoy life more.
