Dr. Rizvon Chaudhary, MD

This Doctor isn’t a communicative person nor shows empathy. Besides his diagnosis of my kidneys was completely incorrect. I have a kidney disease and I need a medicine that can help me, he simply told me that I did not qualify, without further explanation, even did not do the required procedures to know whether or not I can be in that medicine. In my opinion, he is a terrible doctor.

I'm writing this review for my sister who is now in the hospital with kidney failure. She was a patient of Dr. Chaudhary. She called him about some symptoms she was having and he told her to go to the emergency room. This was during the peak of the coronavirus so she was afraid to go. Because her conditions were worsening, she called back to see if he could make other recommendations or see her. She left two messages with the receptionist, who was rude to her. She explained to the receptionist that her legs were so swollen she couldn't get her shoes on, she was itching badly and was experiencing nausea. He didn't call her back. A few days later, she called for the physician on call that night as she wasn't feeling better. Dr. Chaudhary was the doctor on call that night and once again didn't call her back. She went to her family physician who admitted her to the hospital. She had two seizures and a stroke along with the kidney failure. Needless to say, she is seeing another… kidney doctor.

This doctor does a very poor job with his care towards his patients. Worse doctor in Bluegrass Kidney group, avoid him.

He is quiet and compassinate. Does not hang on the door trying to get to the next patient without listening to your problems first. He is tough with the hospital staff because he wants to do right for the patient. All around good doctor and person.
