Dr. Rizwan Khan, DO

I recently went to America's Best where this "doctor" practices for my daughter's eye contacts exam. Dr. Kahn was very unprepared, did not have the equipment ready for a high prescription. He was very rude, she was supposed to have her eyes dilated but blatantly told my daughter to come back another day because he did not feel like doing it that day and he had other things to do, by the way, the lobby was empty. She was seen by an Ophtalmologist and sure enough, his prescription was incorrect for her glasses and contacts. Stay away from this place if you are looking for a good Dr who knows what to do and cares for the patients!!!

HEADS UP/BEWARE! This office REFUSES to "FAX" ahead to other Drs or Medical facilities ANY TYPE OF SCRIPTS for simple, "SONOGRAMS, XRAYS, BLOOD LABS." Have never heard or seen this type of practice, since "modern technology," has been intact for the past 20 years +. The office staff (apparently the Doctors ARE FULLY AWARE and COMPLICIT with FULL KNOWLEDGE with this ongoing practice of not helping their patients with "routine" faxes to where their patients NEED to be seen) have ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT or REGARD TOWARDS "THEIR PATIENTS TIME or ABILITY/EASE," of getting around to make these NECESSARY APPOINTMENTS FOR WHAT THEY ARE NEEDING TO TREAT YOU! You should seriously consider (if you are able) to find another Doctors Office to be treated at if you do not want UNNECESSARY LONG DELAYS in YOUR TREATMENT.

I have a rare disease that took many years to diagnose, and I've been passed back and forth by so many doctors that I lost count. Along the way, I was referred to Dr. Khan to rule out kidney disease/malfunction. His staff made me feel welcome from the start, as I had no experience with kidney issues. Dr. Khan was incredible. He spent time with me and listened to every word I said, a history that included over twenty doctors and years of disabling symptoms. He ended up quickly ruling out kidney issues, but he didn't just send me along. Perplexed by my condition, he took the time to think outside the box and research my symptoms. He came up with a few ideas, and because of this, I was able to find the proper doctors to treat my condition. While all of this was happening, his excellent staff (especially Naomi!) was right there to help send out records (lightnig fast) and respond to my questions and requests for referrals. Eventually I had to move on because he's a nephrologist and my… kidneys werent the issue, and that was actually a sad day for me because out of all of the doctors I've seen, he's the only one who fully listened and treated me as a person and not just a patient. When he didn't have an answer, he didn't pass me off immediately. He researched. He is remarkably intelligent and his heart is in his profession. Rare these days. Thank you for restoring my faith in the medical community. There are good ones out there, and you will find them in this practice.

The ladies at the front desk was able to get me in right away. Doctor Khan takes the time explain the situation with my kidneys and told me exactly what i needed to do.
