Dr. Robb Mc Kerron Snider, MD

He is one of the best Neurologist that I have ever met. He has always respected my concerns about medications and side effects and paid attention to all my symptoms. I would trust him to see my entire family. Best doctor that I know. He respects his patients.

I was referred to him by my neurologist for help diagnosing the cause of my stroke. I didn't know there were neurology specialists who just work with stroke victims. He was able to run more tests and find the reason for my stroke and prescribe measures to help reduce my chances for another one.

Llistens and performs an appropriate exam. Gotta wonder about the anonymous ones with bad experiences if others are willing to wait hours to see him.

After writing down all my symptoms and hearing me discuss my fears, but BEFORE examining me at all, Dr. Snider said "well it sure sounds like you have (insert debilitating disease here), doesn't it?" Who says that to a patient? To a patient they haven't even shined a light in their eye or tested a reflex on their knee? What kind of doctor says that to a scared patient there for answers? I was horrified. This was after waiting 55 min to see him and having the office mess up my co-pay and my next appointment (which I will not keep!) Look elsewhere for a neurologist. No bedside manner here whatsoever.

Dr Schneider is a good Dr and very caring. If Dr Schneider wants his business to continue to grow he needs to get rid of his staff, they are horrible.

Referral fax from primary care doc was lost 3 times before an appt. was made. Two hour wait past appt. time to see the doctor. Sent a note via fax about a week after the appt. with a few questions about tests that were ordered. No response. Sent it again a week later. No response. Called to follow up. No response. As good as the doctor may be, the lack of communication and office waiting time is totally unacceptable.

Staff not so great on returning phone calls, re-filling prescriptions, etc. but the doctor is worth it!
