Office staff too busy eating donuts and pastries while discussing current "reality TV" to answer the phone or return messages.

The office staff was pleasent and accommidating.I was able to get an appointment withen a few days. The assistants were pleasent and proffesional explaining the tests and put me at ease. Dr. Allen saw me promptly when preliminaries were completed and had a knowledge of my medical history.Dr.Allen took the time to examine me well and explained every thing well and made sure I understood my options and recomended a course of treetment and expected outcome,and a second plan if the expected outcome was not achived in a reasonable amount of time.I chose Dr Allen because he recievd an award by our local hosptal for his accuracy in diagnosing conditions. I would recomend him.
