Dr. Robert Charles Anderson, MD

He did a great job with my epidural for delivery at Henrico Doctors . I was so nervous and shaking but he calmed me down and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the room.

Dr. Anderson was my anesthesiologist for a recent procedure at Henrico Doctor's Hospital. He visited with me before the procedure reviewed observations from my chart and clearly described what to expect. He asked to address my questions and put me at ease. I was really pleased to have met him and to have him on my care team.

Dr. Anderson gave me an epidural that resulted in a severe spinal headache after much difficulty placing the catheter (by the time I had my epidural running, I had 5 needle pokes into my spine). I needed two blood patches to resolve the headache. I had a successful epidural before this one, which leads me to believe that he lacks in skill.
