DR. APPEL said he did hundreds of implants with no problems and only one failed and that was not his fault, so I allow him to do surgery on me. Five to six weeks later after I was supposedly healed (he checked it and the implant did not work it would no pump up and he was up set. He wanted to go back in and replace the implant at no cost to me so I let him. Two surgeries with in threes months of each other and at the end of it all the second implant has never worked right, it pumps up and it gets hard but it points down to the groung) and the implant would make the head sore and when I set the tubing causes me to be in pain
