Dr. Robert John Arcati, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts forever. Their senior partner delivered me. Sadly he passed away. However, I have been going to Dr. Robert for may many years and now my husband and daughter also go. We will never go anywhere else. He is kind patient and really is the best. We don't know what we would do if we had to see a different Dr. I live in Florida now and will always go back to Dr. Robert for my annual physical and anything less that was important.

A real doctor cares about their patients ... my insurance coverage was ending I made an appointment weeks advance for right before it ended. 4 days before my appointment they told dr. Arcati had to cance my appointment. I explained I need one since I would not have insurance in a few days and they couldn’t find any openings to reschedule.... I’ve been a patient for 20 years in that office ... he couldn’t event put me in the day they called for 20 minutes!!!! He wasn’t willing to squeeze in a patient knowing my insurance was getting cut ... What a heartless man

Long wait, not that thorough An exam

I can't say enough good things about Dr. R. Arcati. He has a great bed side manor, he is very thorough and I never feel rushed I'm treated like a patient not a number he takes his time and listens and then informs.

Marginal dr. Very opinionated Thinks if you have a side effect from meds - you're making it up. Had a physical with no ekg-or blood work. Why? Because I had a ekg 7 months earlier and blood work 4 months earlier Asked opinion on some inflammatory issues and he said to see a specialist Disgusting office Don't waste your time

I really don't know this doctor because I never got passed the people who answer the phone. The girl was rude after I waited 13 minutes for a person to talk to. She passed me to referrals where no one answered. They said leave a message and I did but 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for a call back. I called again to make an appt. and waited only 12 minutes this time. After telling the girl I was in a lot of pain she gave me an appt. Nov. 9th. I found another doctor and called to cancel my appt. but I hung up after waiting 19 minutes. Shame on them....The office I go to now really picks up the phone and gave me an appt. the next day...

He's been my children's and my doctor for several years. I moved out of Nassau and I keep coming back to him because I could not find any doctor as good as him,. He spends time and listens and very kind and gentle.
