I am sharing this review to document my personal experience as a patient. I sought care through Adelante Healthcare and interacted with Dr. Robert Babyar, MD as part of that care. Over time, our family experienced ongoing communication challenges and difficulty getting concerns properly addressed. We made multiple efforts to resolve these issues directly. After formally raising concerns through the appropriate channels, we were contacted by the patient-experience department. Unfortunately, the conversation did not feel supportive or solution-focused, and our concerns remained unresolved. Not long after that interaction, our family received a notice of discontinuation of care. The notice referenced a general “breakdown” in the relationship but did not provide a specific explanation. Additionally, a scheduled diabetic follow-up appointment was canceled. This was especially upsetting given the importance of continuity of care for ongoing health conditions.
