Dr. Robert James Ball, MD

Never have I ever met a doctor so focused and caring about my well being physically and mentally his treatment options go far behind medicine but also just social and physical conditions. Anyone that goes to see Dr. Ball is seeing one of the most intelligent Doctors in the world. Most doctors do not try to keep up to date on current medicine breakthroughs or scientific studies whereas Dr Ball always takes a fresh approach with the idea that everyone is different meaning treatment will also be different. Wonderful man and deserves so much credit and respect for his knowledge, experience, and skill.

This doctor doesn't read anything he just assumes things, the office looks cheap. Never going back to him

Unfortunately, I did not see this doctor, but instead saw his NP. My appointment was also rescheduled since the Saturday hourslisted are incorrect or based on NP availability. I chose this doctor because of his reviews and was disappointed that I was not informed that I would be seeing the NP. There were children in the office during my appointment and absolutely no privacy because of this. The children watched as my blood was drawn and even walked into the examination room while I waited to see whom I thought was Dr. Ball. My vitals were also input incorrectly on their patient records website. Extremely disappointed in my visit.

Doctor's not difficult but the staff is !!!
