Let me preface this review by saying that this review is more about the practice as a whole rather than a specific physician. First, all of yhe people that I know of that have taken time off work and paid for a specialist visit here have all been told to just take Prilosec. If your looking for that advice than this is the place to go! If your looking for a cause and solution to your issue I definately would not recommend this place. Second, instead of just agreeing to take prilosec for the rest of my life, I pushed for an explanation and after much persistance they decided to do an outpatient procedure with a camera. We arrived the day of the procedure and asked whether they had received the pre-approval from our insurance company. To which they responded that it is the patients responsibility to get the pre-approval. We've had multiple surgeries over the years in our household and never once has it been the patients responsibility to obtain the pre-approval. Then, we asked how much… the procedure would cost. The response was that they had absolutely no idea...If you want to write an open check to them to have a procedure done in order to actually attempt to find a cause than this is the place for you.
